When Buying:
We gave Marc a price range and specifics on what we were looking for and then started getting regular updates on homes coming onto the market. After we made a list of houses to see and gave Marc the dates we would be able to see them he pretty much did everything from there. He had researched all of the homes and made a schedule for us to see all of them without feeling overloaded.

When Selling:
Marc came over for an initial walkthrough to give us some tips of setting up the home in a way that would make it look better them came back later when we were ready and Marc took the photos. The photos he took made the house look better than it did in real life and he made the 3-D walkthrough with floorplan. It was incredible.
